Return Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If something just isn’t right, here are some things to know.

You have 45 days from the date of purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number click here to complete the form . Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will receive detailed return shipping information when you receive your Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All returns must be sent back in its original packaging.

If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non Returnable Items:·

  • Any item not in its original condition ·
  • Items that have been damaged once received ·
  • Any items that have missing parts once received

Returnable Items:

  • Items that were received damaged or are missing parts are eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Items returned due to ordering the wrong item, the buyer pays return shipping.

All refunds are given in store credit only. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will automatically be issued a store credit.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when they arrive from our manufacturer.
  • Gifts Items marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, will receive credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the returned item is received, store credit will be issued.
  • Items not marked as a gift when purchased, but were given as a gift must be returned by the original purchaser.

Shipping

  • To return your product, you should fill out an RMA request form on the returns page.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
