In order to keep our costs down and reduce our environmental impact, we ship all orders in minimal packaging directly from our manufacturing warehouses.

We always do our best to ship to you from our closest warehouse, and to use discreet packaging.

If you would like to track an order you can do so from your account page, or by clicking here and entering in your order ID number and your billing email address.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours after your confirmation email to start populating. If you dont see any information when you track your package give it some time and check again.

All information is provided by the carrier and is dependent on them updating the package status during its route to you.

We do our best to provide you with shipping estimates before you ever purchase the product, in our product descriptions.
